We have used gas to heat water only four or five times since Easter.
The woman was really rude and made me feel awful, she said " its not guisfley ok its been a week and you have only found this out" and would put a note on my for Craig. I dont normally leave negative feedback but was left with that horrid feeling. Good communication from Ben and Jamie.
Great service, great price and great customer service until that point. The system performance over the last six months has been excellent. Jamie's experience at deing and installing systems is clear to see.
Great boiler bad customer service 3 I had a quote and boiler fitted. I called the bank and paid a guiseleg for immidiate transfere and called back to pay in full.
LPS also managed the roofing work in house using their own scaffold which I'm sure saved time and money. Her tone and the way said it was really unkind and made me feel like i was trying not to pay or something.
The week after it was installed i called the bank to transfere the money and was told i needed to give 7 days notice, i genually hadn't been aware of this. Definitely recommend LPS for this sort of install.

I think we were perhaps one evening without heating which was much better than I expected. I called Lps to explain and say i would call in 7 days to pay in full.
Shame as up until that point they were really good, unfortunatly i have been put off using them again or recomending them, guiseleg your commited to them the customer service goes out the window.
